Live Well Physical Therapy, LLC. is a private practice owned and operated by physical therapists, John Zappala, MPT and Heather Zappala, MPT.

Live Well PT is committed to the highest standard of care. Our therapists deliver quality customized patient care, incorporating both manual therapy and exercise.

Our visits are booked every 45 minutes and what sets us apart from other facilities is that you will spend each treatment session one on one with your therapist.
